SC Grants Interim Stay on ST Political Reservation Process; Govind Gaude Says Centre and Goa Government Must Act Together Poriem MLA Govind Gaude said the Supreme Court’s interim stay on the ST political reservation process has put the responsibility on the Goa and Central governments to work together to move the matter forward. Gaude stressed that legal procedures must not be bypassed and warned that any mistakes in the process could invite opposition to the demand for political reservation for the ST community in Goa.
