Panaji: On Monday, March 27, the Goa Legislative Assembly’s weeklong budget session will get underway.
With a day break for Ram Navami on March 30, the session will run from March 27 to March 31. No official announcement has been made, however sources claim that chief minister Dr. Pramod Sawant will deliver the budget on March 28.
Important legislation limiting the sale of agricultural land in the state will be passed during the forthcoming session, among other items.
