“It is nice that we have installed and inaugurated the world’s tallest standing statue of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj but it is sad that the Government has neglected his history and totally ignored a great fort with a secret cave on looking the Arabian sea at Sada,” he said.
“If the CM says that Goa will follow the footsteps of Shivaji Maharaj to offer good governance, they must immediately restore the dilapidated fort partly taken over by MPA , beautify the fort and promote it as a historic tourist spot to boost economy and create self employment opportunities for Mormugao residents.”
“ MPT has presently captured entire area around the fort and also the beautiful beaches in and around Sada,” he said.
