Logos University International, USA presented Honoris Causa PH.d Degree to Governor P.S. Sreedharan Pillai for his exceptional achievements in the field of legal sciences, literature and social work.
The conferring ceremony was held today at Old Durbar Raj Bhavan in the presence of Padmashree His Holiness Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya Swamiji and His Eminence Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrao, Archbishop of Archdiocese of Goa And Daman, Fr Alex Chelangady, Director, Goodness TV, Dr. Sushil Kumar Sharma, Logos University and Dr. Anil Mathew, People Legal Welfare Forum, today.
Speaking on the spirituality the Governor Shri P. S. Sreedharan Pillai said, our spirituality is not confined in any school but it is a collective contribution of one religion India is the only country having wealth of different religions, he added.
Speaking further the Governor said public workers should serve the people because they are supreme and appealed to work for their betterment.
The Governor expressed his gratitude for bestowing the prestigious Honoris Causa Ph.D Degree by the Logos University International, USA. This will boost to work more towards the welfare of people, the Governor said.
