PS Sreedharan Pillai inaugurated one day Conference Session on “The Role of Public Authorities under the Right to Information Act 2005” on Commemoration of the RTI Day organised by Goa State Information Commission in Collaboration with GIPARD at Dona Paula. Chief Secretary, Shri. Puneet Kumar Goel, IAS, Principal Secretary (Finance), Dr. V. Candavelou, IAS, State Information Commissioner, Shri. Sanjay Dhavalikar and other dignitaries were also present.
