WHAT WILL BE BENEFIT OF SUBHASH PHAL DESAI

The chief minister said that it is wrong to say that Phal Desai has personal benefit out of the project. The only benefit he will have through the satisfaction that he will get to see the constituency prospering after the IIT Goa is set up.
