*AAP celebrates Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti*
*AAP’s choice of Bhandari Samaj’s CM was a great decision: Valmiki Naik*
Aam Aadmi Party celebrated the 131st birth anniversary of the architect of the Indian constitution, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar at the Panaji party office on Thursday.
The party leaders paid their respects and homage and offered floral tribute with great pride. The party leaders reinforced their belief in the great vision of the eminent leader Dr. Ambedkar and took oath to carry forward his vision of service to the society.
AAP leader Rajdeep Naik stated that Ambedkar believed that slavery and injustice will be eradicated once marginalised groups gain access to education and power. He said, “The AAP government in Delhi and Punjab has been following these two methods to uplift marginalised groups”.
Adding Naik said, “In the field of education, the Delhi government has done a fantastic job. Getting good grades and credentials isn’t the same as being educated. Along with that, the kids’ mindsets must be altered. This is what AAP has been accomplishing by implementing the Happiness, Entrepreneurship, and Deshbhakti curricula”.

AAP Vice President Valmiki Naik said, “Ambedkar also believed that when marginalised groups are given the opportunity to participate in decision-making, they will not be deprived from their rights. Today, there are 62 MLAs in Delhi, and 12 of them are from the Dalit samaj,” Naik remarked.
Many people commented after the elections that the AAP’s Bhandari Samaj CM strategy had failed. Naik said, “We are pleased that we chose our CM candidate from Bhandari Samaj. After all, Ambedkar believed that giving marginalised communities access to power would strengthen them, and we followed in his footsteps. If the AAP had won the election, Bhandari Samaj’s chief minister would have worked for the betterment of Goa”.
AAP Vice President Adv. Surel Tilve said, “AAP is the only party in the country that follows Baba Ambedkar’s teachings throughout the year, not just on the day of Ambedkar Jayanti. It is well known that Ambedkar was the voice of the oppressed and dedicated his life to the upliftment of the socially marginalized in society”.
