Minister for Health, TCP, Forest, Urban Development, Women & Child Development | MLA – Valpoi | Government of Goa
A formal request will be submitted to the DGP Shri Alok Kumar Ji and the Cyber Crime Division to conduct a thorough investigation into the allegations presented by GPCC President Amit Patkar. This investigation should include questioning the GPCC President regarding the source of the documents and the origin of the call recording in question. The Cyber Crime Division has been instructed to conduct a detailed inquiry into the specifics of this call recording, including the exact time and date it was made. This appears to be part of a deliberate effort to damage my reputation and divert attention from the real issues surrounding job scam concerns in the state. It is important to note that my departments have not issued regular job postings for the past two years, as job recruitment has been centralized within the state of Goa, removing any question of my departments independently releasing regular job posts. Defamatory actions, including press conferences based on false claims, baseless allegations, and irresponsible comments, will not be tolerated. We will actively pursue this matter with the Alok Ji, to verify these documents and the voice recording, and the GPCC President must provide clear answers regarding the source of his information. Should he fail to substantiate his claims with factual information within the given timeframe, we will be compelled to take necessary legal action against him.
