Today, the Comunidade of Guirim held its elections at the Comunidade office premises, as officially notified by the Government through the Collector North. The event was overseen by Mr. Nilesh Korgaokar from the Collector’s Office, who served as the Presiding Officer, assisted by Comunidade Clerk Mr. Gabriel Fernandes.In a show of unity and support, the following members were unanimously elected to the new managing committee:
- President: Ar Tulio de Sousa
- Attorney: Major Victor Zuzarte
- Treasurer: Mr. Redento de Sousa
Additionally, the committee appointed the following substitutes:
- Substitute President: Mr. John Nazareth
- Substitute Attorney: Mr. Alan D Cunha
- Substitute Treasurer: Mr. Simon Lobo
The election process was smooth and efficient, reflecting a strong commitment to community governance.
