Describing the initiative as a much-needed public service, Godinho said the facilities would provide crucial support to families during difficult times, particularly following the loss of a loved one. The hearse van will be stationed at the minister’s office in Dabolim and made available to people in need. The initiative aims to ensure that families can access transportation and related facilities without facing additional difficulties during moments of grief. Godinho appreciated Delta Ports for taking up the initiative and contributing towards community welfare. The services are expected to benefit residents of Dabolim and surrounding areas.
