The Mobile Cancer Screening Van provided free screening in Curtorim today, screening a record number of 372 people.This milestone reflects the growing awareness and willingness of people to come forward for screenings that could make a life-saving difference. With services ranging from USG abdomen and pelvis screenings to mammographies and dental examinations, today’s camp contributed significantly to early cancer detection, identifying cases such as benign breast lesions and precancerous oral conditions, emphasizing the essential role of this initiative.
The Mobile Dental Bus also provided crucial care, offering treatments like restorations, oral prophylaxis, and extractions, with a few patients referred to the Goa Dental College for further evaluation of premalignant lesions. We express our heartfelt gratitude to Hon’ble MLA
