Minister for Transport, Mauvin Godinho in the presence of Vasco MLA, Krishna Salkar flagged off Rally of Vintage Cars and also visited the display of Vintage, Classic and Indian Heritage Vehicles organised by Directorate of Transport in association with Goa Vintage and Classic Vehicles Club on the auspicious occasion of Goa Liberation Day at Chicalim.
