Ramesh Tawadkar, #Legislature Secretary Namrata Ulman and members of the Goa Legislators Forum.
VM Salgaonkar came out on top to take the trophy home followed by Dnyanprassarak Mandal’s College – Assagao, Goa, as the 1st Runner up and St. Xavier’s College, Mapusa, as the 2nd Runner up.
