Lok Sabha MP and AITC Goa in-charge Mahua Moitra along with Goa TMC leaders Kiran Kandolkar and Pratibha Borkar rushed to the CM’s residence where over 450 Aanganwadi workers are currently protesting.
She called out the DISGRACEFUL incident where peaceful protestors were lathicharged at Azad Maidan at the behest of the BJP Government. She said that this was a classic example of the sheer brutality that the BJP is so famous for. She added, ‘Nobody is willing to trust the BJP. These women are willing to sit on the footpath rather than listen to the CM, such is the lack of trust!’
