Vasco MLA Krishna Salkar along with MMC Chairperson Leo Rodrigues, Chief Officer Jayant Tari and ward councillor Deepak Naik carry joint inspection of Power House Project at Baina. Vasco MLA Krishna Salkar says stalls in the old power house will be shifted to a different location and works will start on the new project worth Rs 18 crores soon. Salkar added that stall owners will be given a formal letter by municipality to give the stall owners the confidence . MMC Chairperson Leo Rodrigues says that project is taken under the GSUDA and works will start after the shifting of stalls is competed. Ward councillor Deepak Naik says it was his dream project and will have three halls, shops , restaurant, commercial offices and other facilities . Naik said that project will be completed in a year’s time.. Councillor Girish Borker said that Vasco MLA Krishna Salkar has been taking massive development projects in Vasco and urged the stall Owners not to fall prey to any negative remarks by people to stall the project
