Food Safety Training and Certification program ( FOSTAC) was organized by the Directorate of Food and Drugs Administration in Collaboration with IHCL Taj Hotels trainer Ms. Dorothy , Collectorate South Goa and VM Salgaonkar college. This training was offered free of cost to the Food Business operators of South Goa in 2 batches at VM salgaonkar college and at South Goa Collectorate hall.
