Panaji, October 28, 2024: Reliance Jio, owned by renowned Indian industrialist Mukesh Ambani, has announced a 30% price cut on the JioBharat 4G phone for this Diwali.

During this limited-time offer, the JioBharat mobile phone, originally priced at Rs 999, is now available at a special price of Rs 699. The JioBharat phone can be recharged for Rs 123, which includes unlimited free voice calls and 14 GB of data per month.

Jio’s Rs 123 monthly recharge plan is 40% cheaper compared to other operators, who charge at least Rs 199 per month for feature phone recharges.

This means customers can save Rs 76 monthly with Jio, and within 9 months, these savings would cover the full cost of the phone. Essentially, after 9 months of recharge, the JioBharat phone becomes effectively free.

JioBharat is an opportunity to shift from 2G to 4G. The JioBharat 4G phone offers over 455 live TV channels, movie premieres, new films, video shows, live sports programs, JioCinema highlights, digital payments, and QR code scanning.
